How Can We Improve the Soft Skills of our Young Students in Somalia? Soft skills is defined as the interpersonal attributes that enable someone to interact other people both formally and informally, they are regarded as the crucial aspects for personal and professional success. They encompass abilities like communication skills, teamwork abilities, problem-solving capabilities, and emotional intelligence.
